I’ve on and off again used PT’s for the last 6 years of my life as my my posture has always been terrible due to a fairly bad case of Scoliosis & Scheuermann’s Disease from birth. This causes me some serious issues with my lower back, core strength, and hip alignment. I had taken a break from PT all together as my previous PT actually aggravated my injury as he was too focused on the “aesthetic” goals thus getting me to lift heavy weights with no real focus on my overall stability! Despite my initial hesitation I reached out to Jimmy and the team and I haven’t looked back. Overall, I’m feeling happier, healthier, stronger, and more informed than ever before. Jimmy is more than a trainer, he’s a coach, and a damn good one at that. I can’t recommend him and FFL team enough.
