Why do you want to work with a trainer? Is it to fit into your clothes a little better, to improve everyday mobility, or to work towards a specific goal? We’ll start by learning more about what drives you.
Working down the body, we’ll see how you’re moving and identify any injuries or areas needing improvement, whether it’s tight hip flexors from sitting at a computer or general wear and tear catching up with you.
There’s no pass or fail in this test, just a benchmark of your current fitness levels and what you’re comfortable with to help shape your program.
Time to get a taste of what it’s all about – the training experience. Work through a sample program of exercises and movements that your trainer will select based on your goals and fitness levels.

I have been training with Ethan for over a year and 3 months. Given that I have a vision disability he knows how to get the best out of me given my situation. I am strengthening my body due to previous fractures, he is always mindful of my vision impairment ensuring I can see what movement he requires me to do, protecting me from further injury to myself.
