Our NDIS Personal Trainer Services

We offer mobile personal training services for NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) clients, with sessions delivered at the location and time of your choice. Our service is completely customised to the individual needs of our clients, with a free no-obligation trial that includes a health and lifestyle questionnaire, a movement screen, and a light workout to assess current levels of fitness. Our trainers then develop a personalised training plan based on the client’s abilities, goals, and preferences.
