We diagnose and address dysfunction through mobility exercises. We then start enforcing small habitual changes. We start educating you about why we perform certain exercises.

We will continue to address dysfunction and improve strength and motor control. We will work to continually reinforce these habits. We will continue educating you so you continue to develop your skill set and knowledge.

Goals have been met, establishment of new goals, dysfunction has been addressed, postural issues fixed. Original habits have been replaced by new, healthy habits. You are now self sufficient in training.
