I have been training with Ethan for over a year and 3 months. Given that I have a vision disability he knows how to get the best out of me given my situation. I am strengthening my body due to previous fractures, he is always mindful of my vision impairment ensuring I can see what movement he requires me to do, protecting me from further injury to myself. Ethan brings all his own equipment but is able to improvise different activities using the environment around him. My Mobility has had a marked improvement since training with Ethan. I was struggling with the motivation to get moving when I met Ben who is now my personal trainer.Very understanding with a great attitude towards health and fitness. I was a little concerned about feeling awkward working out in my home but Ben is very easy to talk to and makes training enjoyable while still pushing me to do better.He is very vigilant to make sure all exercises are performed correctly with good posture and until I started training with him I had no idea just how out of whack I was and how much my body was over or under compensating in certain areas.I've had several different personal trainers in the past and none have had the knowledge or taken the time to explain the things that Ben has.I've learnt a lot!Keep up the great work 👍 read less

Ben is very knowledgeable, he has worked with my injuries and I am so much stronger now than I was when I started. Ben has accommodated my medical needs, and designed an exercise program that is meeting my targeted goals of building overall muscle strength, balance and fitness. We diagnose and address dysfunction through mobility exercises. We then start enforcing small habitual changes. We start educating you about why we perform certain exercises.
We will continue to address dysfunction and improve strength and motor control. We will work to continually reinforce these habits. We will continue educating you so you continue to develop your skill set and knowledge.
Goals have been met, establishment of new goals, dysfunction has been addressed, postural issues fixed. Original habits have been replaced by new, healthy habits. You are now self sufficient in training.
