Hi, I’m Cameron and I am a trainer from Sydney.
I have been athletic all my life playing team sports and working out since I was 15. This experience has allowed me to build a solid foundation on living an active lifestyle and adopting healthy habits. I love to learn and I’m currently undergoing a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Management to expand my knowledge of health and fitness.
We live in a world where many of us are sitting 8 hours or more a day working or studying and this ultimately is affecting our physical and mental health. I became a PT because I want to help people understand that exercise and health is a lifelong journey, not a quick fix. We all deserve to LIVE as the best versions of ourselves.
My goal is to provide a holistic approach to YOUR training incorporating elements of strength, conditioning, power, and mobility to your workouts to promote better posture, heart health, and build a stronger body and mind.
