After receiving my Honours degree in Sports Management and Coaching in Ireland I have dedicated my life to enhancing and creating long term positive health changes in individuals through personal training. Heading toward a decade in the personal training industry, I have extensive experience working with clients in private one on one training, small group sessions, corporate health programs and long term athlete development.
Over the years I have developed my craft, I aim to restore and enhance my clients movements through highly personalised functional training. Through doing this I am able to help my clients achieve any weight loss or strengthening goals they have whilst helping restore any mobility that may have been lost due to leading a dysfunctional lifestyle.
