With a Breakdance background in my early years, I developed a strong interest in calisthenics. This further developed into the pursuit of strength and flexibility training.
Throughout my 20 plus years of fitness pursuits I’ve developed experience in many different training modalities, anatomy and rehabilitative exercise.
