Hi, my name is Subhan. As a practicing exercise physiologist based in Sydney, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through safe and effective exercise interventions.

Being a university-qualified allied health professional, I bring a science-based approach to my practice. This allows me to provide personalised exercise programmes, tailored to the individual needs of each client. I truly believe in the transformative power of exercise for overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the positive impacts of regular physical activity. These range from enhancing cardiovascular health and strength, managing chronic conditions, and promoting mental well-being. My ultimate goal is to harness the potential of physical exercise to guide individuals towards achieving optimal health and vitality.

In addition to my professional commitments, I maintain an active lifestyle that includes regular gym training and keeping abreast of advancements in the field. Beyond this, I enjoy playing friendly football matches with friends and express my creativity through digital artworks.
