In the past I would just give up on those days, stay in bed and eat chocolate. - I recently started regular PT sessions with Functional For Life to try and get into good habits while I'm still relatively young and fit. I hadn't exercised regularly in five years thanks to shift work so my cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength were terrible.
