The PT with Ethan is significantly different and compliments the other types of training I do in the gym which tends to be more weight based or alternatively road running. This causes me some serious issues with my lower back, core strength, and hip alignment. I had taken a break from PT all together as my previous PT actually aggravated my injury as he was too focused on the "aesthetic" goals thus getting me to lift heavy weights with no real focus on my overall stability! Despite my initial hesitation I reached out to Jimmy and the team and I haven't looked back. Overall, I'm feeling happier, healthier, stronger, and more informed than ever before.
