We actively got the company involved where we sometimes all the staff got engaged with the sessions. Great fun all round. Coming out of lockdown, we went back into in person training which brought another element to their service. The PT with Ethan is significantly different and compliments the other types of training I do in the gym which tends to be more weight based or alternatively road running. We all have days when we are not motivated, right? In the past I would just give up on those days, stay in bed and eat chocolate. Nowadays I have Cathal knocking on my door, and gently pushing me to do my best, and it works, and I end up feeling so much better. I found Cathal to be very professional, highly skilled and very gentle yet effective in his approach. In 2 months I feel so much stronger, I lost 1 dress size and have much better posture. Each session provided a variety of weights and cardio exercises, which Brandon adapted to any injuries to our employees. The corporate group training was a great experience for our organisation, as it allowed all our employee's to come together, work as a team or provide a bit of fun competition. I liaised with Justin and Brandon throughout the 6 weeks and both were quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend the corporate group training for any organsiation that are looking at alternative benefits for their employees or different ways to bring their employees together.
